Each Kakao employee (the Kakao Krew) plays different roles in the company but we always try to make the world a kinder place.

The Kakao Krew always contemplates and creates better ways to connect people, while visualizing a harmonious world where everyone is connected.

The "Company Cafe Donation System" was started to help the disadvantaged by donating an amount worth a cup of coffee.

The "Together Program" is a donation program where Kakao matches the amount the Krew donates from their monthly salary for the betterment of society.

The Kakao Krew selects the cause the money they collected will be donated to, such as children of low income families or children with disabilities in Korea, children in developing countries, people with disabilities, low income families in Jeju and to help with housing for senior citizens who live alone.

The money is also donated to provide IT support for teenagers and solve environment issues in Korea.

Kakao also encourages the Krew to participate in social activities through the 'Act Together' program, where the Krew volunteered in housing improvement projects, the Baekdudaegan Mountain Range restoration projects, education activities for orphans, and assisted in food distribution for the homeless.

The Krew also participates in the "Let's Be a Santa" program, where every December, the Krew prepares Christmas presents and writes cards, which are delivered to children who are supported by the Together Fund.

The Kakao Krew will continue to engage in activities that have a positive impact on the world.
