📣 Kakao's Language Model 'Kanana' Technical Report Released

 

Kakao has released a technical report showcasing the research results of its self-developed language model 'Kanana'.

The report shares the training process and detailed performance of the entire Kanana language model, ranging from 2.1B to 32.5B.

 

➊ Achieved global top-level performance in Korean and English

➋ Reduced training costs by over 50% compared to similarly-sized models through training optimization

❸ Open-sourced the high-performance, lightweight model 'Kanana Nano 2.1B', which can be used on devices
